WARNDON PARISH ANNUAL FUN RUN  
The Warndon Parish fun run has been going strong now for nine years and constantly gets runners from all corners of the county and beyond turning up to compete.

2010 Fun Run - Date : 6th June 2010

 

Fun Run Route....

  • Turn LEFT out of the Community Centre Car Park and then RIGHT into Mill Wood Drive.

  • Turn RIGHT into Plantation Drive. cross Purleigh Avenue and just before the post box cross the road to the footpath.

  • After 20 yards turn RIGHT. This takes you up on the ridge parallel with the Eastern Distributor Road. Follow the footpath past the church, and at the lane turn LEFT down to Hastings Drive.

  • Cross Hastings Drive into Old Tolladine Road. Take the first foot/cycle path on the LEFT (red brick junction) and follow this back to Hastings Drive.

  • Cross over Hastings Drive and continue on the foot/cycle path to Plantation Drive. Cross over and follow foot/cycle path to corner of Mill Wood Drive and Trotshill Lane East.

  • Turn LEFT into the lane and follow until you reach the footpath on the RIGHT, just pass a cottage.

  • Follow the footpath until it reaches a cross path and the school on the right.

  • Turn RIGHT and run down the hill back to the Community Centre Car park.

This is 5km !!

Run again for 10Km, and 3 times for the 15km run.
