Councillors are reachable by telephone, however due to the fact that most if not all of them have daytime jobs as well, this is not always the best means to reach them.

Any calls made should really be during the evening to ensure the best response, or in some instances you can leave an answer phone message also.  Details of individual telephone numbers are below.

The preferred method of contact in all instances is by email, as this gives the Councillors time to find your answer, and return it to you by the best means possible.

Attached documents, further information, pictures and other items that need to reach you (or to the Councillor) can be done at a cost free method and will be in line with the green and resource free communication method as preferred by both the City and County Councils.

In Person at our Meeting
If you wish to speak to a Councillor in person then you can do this by either attending the monthly meetings, held on the first Monday of the month (other than Bank holidays) at the Lyppard Grange Community Centre at 7.30pm. There is time allotted for public speaking at the beginning of the meeting, and or you could arrange with any individual councillor to speak outside of this time.
